Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available at https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

How Long We Retain Your Data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely so we can recognize and approve follow-up comments automatically rather than holding them in a moderation queue.

Your Rights

Content you submitted about third parties — such as artist profiles, venue listings, and event information — is not deleted as part of an erasure request. That content is reassigned to the anonymized record described above and remains published under the license you granted when submitting it. Erasure requests apply to personal data about you, not to factual directory content about others.

We are not obliged to erase data we are required to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Reply STOP at any time to opt out. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. Reply HELP for assistance.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your mobile phone number or SMS data. We may share information with:
